Return Policy

All purchases from Westlock Genetics, LLC are final sale. Westlock Genetics, LLC will not replace, accept returns or cancellations, or provide refunds for any products purchased from Westlock Genetics, LLC.

Cancellation Policy

There are no returns, refunds, or cancellations allowed on any orders that have entered into fulfillment and/or shipped.

Shipping policy & process:

Westlock Genetics, LLC ships to both residential & commercial addresses. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we recommend shipping to a location that is regularly staffed, but Westlock Genetics, LLC cannot guarantee a specific delivery window. Westlock Genetics, LLC is not responsible for any shipments once they have left our facility.

Each shipment contains the following:

• Packing list
• Handling instructions
• Safety warning for handling of liquid nitrogen
• Standard release information
• Return shipping instructions and return shipping label

All shipments using liquid nitrogen dry shipper tanks are roundtrip. Each shipment contains a return shipping label and instructions on preparing the tank for return delivery.

Tanks are to be returned to Westlock Genetics, LLC within 30 days after the initial shipping date. Failure to return the tank within this period may result in additional charges of up to $2,500 per tank.

Terms of payment & service:

Shipment (and delivery) of an order on any specified date is subject to the availability of the products, and any date specified is an estimated and projected shipment date. SELLER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, OR PENALTY FOR DELAY IN SHIPMENT OR FOR FAILURE TO GIVE NOTICE OF ANY DELAY. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT ALL PRODUCTS & ORDERS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR REFUNDED. CANCELLATIONS ARE ACCEPTED ON A CASE-BY-BASE BASIS, AND ONLY IF THE ORDER HAS NOT YET ENTERED FULFILLMENT. Your credit card, debit card, bank account, or other method of payment will be charged the full amount of the sale when the order is submitted for processing.

SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE LAW, WESTLOCK GENETICS, LLC SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, WHETHER ARISING BY OPERATION OF LAW OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ALL ORDERS ARE SOLD AS-IS, WITH NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. The shipping of semen is at the risk of the buyer. Westlock Genetics, LLC does not accept any liability for any semen lost or damaged by the freight carrier after the shipment leaves our facility.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
